1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. BizPlay also uses your browser’s local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) for the same purposes. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of these technologies.
This policy applies to the bizplay.app website and the BizPlay web app. The data controller is SMGTY Europe OÜ; details on how personal data is processed are in our Privacy Policy.
2. In short
- We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking.
- The cookies we use are either strictly necessary to provide the service or remember settings you explicitly choose (such as language and theme).
- Third-party services (Sign in with Google, Stripe payments) load only on the pages where you use them.
- All site files, including fonts, are served from our own servers.

Required for the site to work securely and to keep you signed in, so they cannot be switched off.

4. Third-party services
The services below are used only in the situations described and use their own cookies, which are governed by the provider’s privacy policy.

The Sign in with Google button is loaded from Google’s own domain; if you are signed in to your Google account, Google may use its own cookies inside that button.
5. Why we don’t ask for your consent
The cookies we use are either strictly necessary to provide the service or are set at your explicit request (for example when you choose a language or theme). We therefore do not ask for separate consent for them; we only inform you.
If we ever decide to use cookies for analytics or advertising, we will ask for your consent before we start using them.
6. Managing and deleting cookies
You can view and delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings:
If you delete the strictly necessary cookies you will be signed out; if you delete the functional cookies your language and theme return to their defaults.
7. Policy updates
We update this policy when we start using a new cookie or change how we use existing ones. For significant changes the cookie notice is shown to you again. The date of the current version is at the top of this page.
